I don't have a blog myself so I'm not 100% sure how they work, but HTML code ignores returns in text. If you type in < b r > (without the spaces of course, I just broke it up so that it would actually show instead of making a space), that is an HTML "return."

Let's test this.

OK, looks like it works in the comments, so it should work on the main page as well... I typed two there to make a double space, of course. There are no returns after 'this' up there.

Of course, regular 'return' double-spaces work in comments too, so apparently it's not quite the same as the rest of the blog. Hope this works for you :p

Blogs are designed to be a little more user-friendly than scratch-built websites, and that means they broke some of the stuff that DOES normally work.

Yeah, it does seem that way. I've gotten the Double spaced thing worked out, which is great, thanks a lot. I still haven't figured out how to get pictures that aren't from the net on. Thanks by the way. How is WG doing?

You're welcome, I'm glad I could help.

Unfortunately, seeing as I've only worked with web pages from scratch and not blogs, I don't know exactly how to do pics on here. Does the blog account come with a folder on a server that you can access with an FTP client? If so, you'll be able to upload pictures to that folder and use an HTML image tag. Example image insertion: (img src="/foldername/imagefilename.jpg") but use < > instead of parentheses, I swapped that out so the text would appear in the comment instead of a 'no image' failure icon.

If not, I'd say just make an account on some image hosting site like Flickr, Photobucket or Imageshack and then you can use the images you upload there just like any other picture you find on the 'net. That actually might be easier anyway.

WG seems to be doing just fine :)

I get the impression WG knows technology far better than i do lol

Possibly... I don't know that he's ever done any website work though.
